Unlock the transfer market

Your account needs transfer market access in EA’s web app before we can deliver. Here’s how to check, and how access is earned.

In short

Coins reach your club through the transfer market in EA’s web app. If your account can’t use it there yet, we can’t deliver, and our account check tells you before anything is charged.

Check if you have access

  1. Open the EA SPORTS FC 27 web app or companion app and sign in.
  2. Go to Transfers.
  3. If you can search the transfer market, you have access. If it says the market is locked or unavailable, read on.

How access is earned

EA decides who can use the transfer market in the web app. According to EA’s help page (updated 16 September 2026):

  • if you earned web app market access in FC 24, FC 25 or FC 26 before 1 August of that year, and your account is in good standing, you may have it straight away;
  • otherwise, it normally unlocks after 2 active days of playing, or at least 4 if your console or PC has been used with another account;
  • new accounts can also unlock the market in the game by completing EA’s starter objectives (EA’s guide).

We can’t unlock the market for you. If your account doesn’t have access yet, play for a few days and try again.

Why we need it

Our delivery partner moves coins into your club through trades on the transfer market. Without access, there is no way to deliver. If our check finds no access, the order stops and nothing is charged.
