The only ways we contact you, and how to spot someone pretending to be us.

Coin markets attract scammers. These are the only places you will hear from us.

What we never do
- Ask for your EA password or backup codes anywhere except checkout and your order page on our website: never by chat, email, phone or social media.
- Message you first to sell you coins.
- Ask you to pay outside our checkout, for example by bank transfer, gift cards or crypto sent to a personal wallet.
If someone pretends to be us
Don’t give them anything. Report it to [support email], with a screenshot if you can. If you already shared your EA login, change your EA password and create new backup codes straight away.
