Free up transfer list slots
Keep at least 3 free slots in your transfer list and in your transfer targets.
In short
Coins reach your club through trades that need space in your transfer list and your transfer targets. If either is full, delivery pauses until you free up space. Three free slots in each is enough.
Your transfer list
- Open Ultimate Team in the web app, the companion app or the game, and go to Transfers, then Transfer List.
- Press Clear Sold to remove items that have sold. Their coins are already in your club.
- Send unsold and expired items to your club or quick sell them. Relist them only if 3 slots will still be free.
- Items still for sale stay until their auction ends, so avoid listing new items just before you order.
Your transfer targets
- Go to Transfers, then Transfer Targets.
- Press Clear Expired to remove auctions that have ended.
- Send items you won to your club, and stop watching items you no longer want.
Then
With at least 3 free slots in both, log out of Ultimate Team on every device. If your order is waiting on this, press Done on your order page: we check again, and your order carries on.
