Clear your unassigned items

Keep fewer than 50 unassigned items so coins can reach your club.

In short

Unassigned items are players and other items you’ve received, from packs, rewards or objectives, but haven’t placed anywhere yet. With 50 or more waiting, delivery can’t run.

Find them

Open Ultimate Team on your console or PC, or in the web app. If you have unassigned items, the home screen shows an Unassigned tile with the number waiting.

Clear them

Go through the list and choose, for each item:

  • Send to club for items you want to keep;
  • Quick sell for items you don’t need (you get a small amount of coins);
  • Storage for duplicates, if your club’s storage has room;
  • Send to transfer list only if at least 3 slots will still be free there.

Got a lot of items? Look for the options that handle several items at once.

Then

Once fewer than 50 items are waiting, log out of Ultimate Team on every device. If your order is waiting on this, press Done on your order page: we check again, and your order carries on.
