Refunds and withdrawal

Before you pay

We check your EA account before taking any payment. If the check fails, can’t finish within 10 minutes, or you decide not to pay, the order stops, nothing is charged and we delete your login.

Your right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day our contract is made, which is the day your payment is confirmed.

Coins are delivered in many small transfers, starting right after payment. So at checkout, we ask you to:

• ask us to start delivery straight away, within the 14 days; and
• acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for coins once they have been delivered, and completely once your whole order has been delivered.

We confirm both in your order confirmation email, before delivery starts. This means:

• Before delivery starts: you can withdraw, and we refund the full price.
• During delivery: you can withdraw. We stop delivery as soon as possible and refund the price of the coins not delivered. You pay only for the coins delivered before we stopped.
• After all coins have been delivered: the right of withdrawal has ended, even if 14 days have not passed.

Delivery usually starts within minutes of payment, so the time to withdraw for a full refund is short. We can only take your order with your request to start straight away, because we deliver right after payment.

How to withdraw

1. Press Withdraw from contract here. You’ll find it on your order page and in the footer of every page.
2. Fill in your name, your order number and the email address for your receipt.
3. Press Confirm withdrawal.

We immediately email you a receipt with what you sent and the date and time you sent it. You don’t need to sign in or give a reason. A withdrawal sent within the 14 days is on time, as long as your coins had not all been delivered.

You can also withdraw with any clear statement by email to [support email] or by post to [Legal name] B.V., [Street and number], [postcode] [city], the Netherlands, for example using the model form below.

Refunds

We refund automatically when:

• you withdraw before or during delivery;
• we can deliver only part of your order, for example because supply runs out or a problem can’t be fixed: we refund the undelivered part;
• a payment reaches us after your order stopped, or the same order is paid twice.

We refund to the payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to something else, and you pay no fees for the refund. For crypto payments, we refund the euro amount you paid to the refund address you gave us at checkout.

We pay a withdrawal refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We start other refunds as soon as we have confirmed what was delivered, usually the same day. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment method, usually [3 to 10 business days].

Your certificate and the refund email show the amount and the date of each refund.

What we can’t refund

• Coins that have already arrived in your club: they can’t be taken back.
• Coins EA removes, or an account EA restricts or bans, under its own rules. These are EA’s decisions (see our terms of sale).
• Coins you have spent or lost in the game after delivery.

This doesn’t affect your rights if what we delivered doesn’t match your order.
