How it works

Safety and how it works

Delivery needs your EA login. Here is exactly what happens to it, what we ask of you, and the risk you should know about before you buy.

In short

  • We need your EA email, password and three backup codes, only to check your account and deliver your coins.
  • Your browser encrypts your login before it leaves your device. No one on our staff can read it.
  • We delete our copy when delivery ends or your order stops, and check every hour that none is older than 48 hours. Our delivery partner’s copy is deleted too, and your certificate shows when.
  • Buying coins from anyone other than EA, including from us, is against EA’s rules and can lead to EA removing coins or restricting or banning your account.

What we need, and why

Your EA account email
Our delivery partner signs in with your email address. Sign-in with a phone number doesn’t work for delivery.
Your EA password
To sign in to your club, check it’s ready and receive the coins.
Three backup codes
EA asks for a code at each new sign-in, and each code works once. Three keep a used code from stopping your order. Where to find them
Your platform
PlayStation, Xbox or PC, so the coins reach the right club.

We never ask for your card details (they go straight to our payment provider), the answers to your EA security questions, or your login by chat, email or social media.

Your login’s life

Four steps, each with its time on your order page and your certificate.

  1. Entered

    You type your login at checkout. Your browser encrypts it before it leaves your device.

  2. Encrypted

    We store it encrypted, in a separate store with no backups. No one on our staff can read it.

  3. Passed to our delivery partner

    Our order engine unlocks it in memory only to hand it to our delivery partner, which signs in to check your account and deliver your coins.

  4. Deleted

    We delete our copy when delivery ends or your order stops, and never keep it longer than 48 hours. Our delivery partner deletes its copy too, and your certificate shows when each deletion is confirmed.

After delivery

Change your EA password and create new backup codes. The login you gave us then stops working, wherever it was. We remind you on your certificate and by email.

EA’s rules, in plain words

Buying coins from anyone other than EA, including from us, is against EA’s rules. So is sharing your login.

EA can act against accounts that buy coins. The measures it lists are:

  • removing coins from your club;
  • deleting your club;
  • restricting your access to the transfer market;
  • temporary or permanent bans, which can carry over to later EA SPORTS FC games, with no refund from EA.

We can’t rule this out, and no honest seller can. We use only the most cautious delivery settings our delivery partner offers, and we limit how many orders one account can run.

We tell you this before you pay, so you can decide with the full picture. Coin Plug is independent and not affiliated with EA.

How delivery works

  1. Checked before charged. Our delivery partner signs in once to check your account is ready. If it isn’t, we show you the fix, and nothing is charged.
  2. You pay, only after the check has passed.
  3. Coins arrive in small transfers on the transfer market, while you stay logged out. Your order page shows them arriving live.
  4. Done. Your certificate shows the coins delivered, the times, and when your login was deleted.

What we never do

  • Ask for your login or backup codes by chat, email, phone or social media.
  • Let our staff see your login.
  • Keep your login after delivery.
  • Sell your data or use advertising trackers.
  • Tell you that buying coins carries no risk. It always does.
