Quick fixes during your order

If your EA password didn’t work

   Type the password you sign in to EA with, exactly: capitals count.

   Changed it recently? Use the new one.

   Enter it on your order page and press Update and retry, and we check again.

If you’re logged in to FC

   Close FC on your console or PC.

   Log out of the FC web app and the companion app too, if they’re open.

   Press I’ve logged out on your order page, and we check again.

After a console login, EA sometimes asks for a short pause before it accepts a new one. Your order page then says the time it does. Stay logged out of FC everywhere until your coins have arrived.

If your club has fewer than 1,500 coins

   Check the coin balance of your club in FC.

   Bring it to at least 1,500 coins, for example by quick selling items you don’t need.

   Press Done on your order page, and we check again.

Coins you bid on an item are held while its auction runs.

If EA asks you to confirm it’s you

    Open the FC web app in a browser and sign in.

    Solve the check EA shows there.

    Log out of the web app, then press Done on your order page.

The check appears only after you sign in to the web app.

How long a fix can wait

• Before you pay: do the fix within 30 minutes. If it isn’t done by then, we stop the order, and nothing is charged.
• During delivery: do the fix within 24 hours. If it isn’t done by then, we stop the delivery and refund every coin not delivered.
• If EA’s login doesn’t answer: there’s nothing for you to do. We retry by ourselves, at most 3 times an hour, and the same times apply.

Your order page shows the time to do it by, as a clock time, while the fix is open.
